Clear a spot on the floor, hit the play button, follow along and in minutes you'll learn simple movements you can use anytime right from home to tap into the potential of your child's brain for better balance, coordination and a reduction in Toe Walking

VIDEO #1

What does the BRAIN have to do with Toe Walking?

Even if toe walking is a result of muscle spasticity or sensory issues, the answer to reduce Toe Walking lies in the brain's ability to reorganize itself over the full foot (the answer is not the muscle!).

These slow, gentle movements will help fill in the gaps of experience that your child's brain simply might be missing to create the full movement of walking with the heel down.

You'll learn:

  • HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S BRAIN INSTEAD OF FIGHT AGAINST IT
  • THE BEST POSITION FOR YOUR CHILD'S BRAIN TO LEARN BETTER BALANCE AND COORDINATION

VIDEO #2

The Easy Movements

I'll show you the simple movements you can explore in just minutes a day, right at home. All you need is a little bit of floor space (to lie down) and your child.

The goal is to explore these movements with curiosity and autonomy. Always keep your child comfortable and never push past their limits.

These are NOT stretching exercises, these are movements designed to access the brain's ability to gather new information and create change (better balance, better coordination, less toe walking, more options)

You'll learn Gentle Movements:

  • TO ACCESS YOUR CHILD'S BRAIN
  • YOU CAN DO IN JUST MINUTES A DAY
  • TO INCREASE BALANCE AND COORDINATION (AND REDUCE TOE WALKING)

VIDEO #3

Easy Standing Variations

Simple movements to explore while standing.

Usually, the BEST position for the brain to learn new ways to organize our movements is lying down, but for some kids that can be challenging.

I show you gentle variations to explore in standing. You'll need a chair or wall for balance, and a few everyday items (book, ball, round toys, etc).

You'll learn Gentle Movements:

  • TO ACCESS YOUR CHILD'S BRAIN
  • YOU CAN DO IN JUST MINUTES A DAY
  • TO INCREASE BALANCE AND COORDINATION (AND REDUCE TOE WALKING)

What other parents are saying...

Hi I'm Jen!

I help parents access the remarkable potential of their child's brain through movement, so that they can reach their next milestone.

I'm a mom of three (one with a rare genetic disorder) and these are the simple movements I wish I’d known how to do when she was first diagnosed.

Before I became an Anat Baniel Method® Practitioner, we were given a LOT of repetitive exercises that were time consuming, my daughter didn't like and we just weren't seeing results.

Once I understood that movement is organized by the brain and started changing a few simple, everyday movements, my daughter started changing. We began to notice: better balance, less back-arching, better sleep, and more emotional regulation.

This all helped her to build on what she was able to do, to reach her next milestones again and again.

Come explore movement right at home, while helping your child reach their potential!

Your child's potential is within your reach right now...
