Mommy and Me Movement Class

For parents and caregivers of children with special needs:

✔️With children at any developmental stage.

✔️Who want to incorporate ABM® into their everyday life (without leaving the house!)

✔️Who want to support their children's natural movements. 

What we'll cover:

✔️Explore how we learn to stand by lying down first.

✔️Learn WHAT TO DO to support your child's unique movement potential.  

✔️A few basics of ABM® that you can use anytime, anywhere.

✔️Get immediate feedback, as you move and learn WITH your child during the 40 min class. 

What you need:

✔️Your child! 
The class will be live, and participation is encouraged. We learn by doing, so clear a spot on the floor with your child and let's move together!

✔️A webcam (the one on your laptop/computer/smartphone will work just fine). 
Yup, you'll be able to see me and the other participants and we'll be able to see you. Get immediate feedback as we learn together. 

✔️A willingness to connect with your child.
